I truly enjoyed creating this series 4 years ago, and it&#8217;s been a series I always go back to when I need something to get me moving through the day. </p><p>Mobility Moves came at a time when my sciatica injury didn&#8217;t allow me lift weights like I was used to. My Chiropractor during this time had me doing a mobility flow every day to find my pain limit, but also help with the healing process. I was so miserable, I couldn&#8217;t stand longer than an hour at a time or walk without pain. Focusing on my mobility in my hips, t-spine, and core helped me navigate my healing process, remind me to slow down, and keep me strong. </p><p>The video below was my first mobility flow, focusing on the hips. As of late, I&#8217;ve been drawn back to creating more. I&#8217;ve been inspired to share my work differently, and ultimately, though there&#8217;s inspiration, fear lingers because it&#8217;s something new to everyone who stays up to date with my work. It&#8217;s a different side of me, but it&#8217;s also connecting me back to my roots of writing, filming, producing, and editing. </p><p>Being free-spirited, and putting all the things I love together. Telling a story, creating visuals, making it work for me.</p><p>After overanalyzing what others may think, I remind myself that I create for myself because I enjoy my work.
